I know I've been a bit quiet anyway, but just so you know the recent changes to LJ make it so that I can't read comments for more than a couple of minutes without getting a headache. So until they do something to fix the subject lines and thread expanding (so that I can skim comment pages more easily) or fix whatever they've done to make me physically ill when surfing, I'll be around even less on LJ.

ETA - Anyone else with this issue: If you have Firefox or Chrome you can install the LiveJournal Addon/Extension and that will allow you to view everything in your own style. This probably won't work forever since LJ are planning on fixing the look in every style from what I've heard, but for now it'll let you browse comms and stuff without feeling ill.

As you guys may have noticed I have major writer's block so I generated myself a table (well about fifty because it developed an absolute addiction to 'castration' as a prompt and there are some lines I have no intention of crossing).

ETA - having decided on the AU these are going to be set in I've just swapped out one of the prompts.

Went to see the show tonight.

2 - One of the dancers has more than a passing resemblance to Mark Wakeling. And tattoos. And he's very hot :D

4 - There is something hilarious about watching a 7 year old dance (with all the moves) to a song that won Eurovision the year I was born.

Can anyone rec me some fluff (or at least happy) fics in any of my fandoms? I love long fics but I'll take anything at this point. You probably know most of my fandoms, but I'm on an HP kick so anything happy and/or fluffy in that would be nice. I'm not fussed though, any fandom you think I'd enjoy reading.

Everyone on my flist seems to be on an angst kick recently (I'm looking especially at those of you who managed to turn the prompt 'happily ever after' into angst, Sharon!) and I'm PMSing and generally not happy and so I want happy fic that will make me feel warm and fuzzy or failing that laugh out loud.

This is the schedule for Sunday's F1 race.

Sunday 4 April
Race: 0800-1000, BBC One/online and BBC Radio 5 live/online then 1000-1100, BBC Two/online and BBC Radio 5 live/online

So the race will actually start at 9am (we get an hour's build up usually), the first hour will then be on BBC1 and then they change channels. WTF? Why? OK I realise it's Easter Sunday and you probably want to show a church service but he's a revolutionary idea ... why not have the whole thing on BBC2 so we don't have to turn over halfway through, you've done that before when something more important was on BBC1.
